Let’s talk Thermae Bath SPA – Most stunning and unique SPA in England and a gem of Bath.
Thermae Bath SPA has the most iconic, breathtaking rooftop pool with panoramic views on the stunning city of Bath. There are four pools, all using the same (rich with 42 different minerals) spring water plus a variety of sauna’s and steam rooms. Most of their facilities are adults only so really I can’t think of a better place to unwind.
When’s the best time to visit Thermae Bath Spa?
It’s open 7 days a week, all year round, 09:00 – 21.30 (excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day.) We’ve been there twice, once in summer (end of July) and once on a cold, rainy, November morning and both visits were equally amazing. The combination of chilly, crisp air and naturally warm pool was just magical so I’d say fall/winter is the BEST time to visit.

2-hour spa session and use of towel, robe & flip-flops is £37 Mon-Fri and £42 on Sat-Sun.
Good to know…
- Please note we were invited for a press visit therefore we were allowed to take photos/videos however, neither mobile phones nor cameras are permitted to be used in the Spa.
- Thermae Bath SPA can get very busy, especially during weekends/bank holidays hence I highly recommend to book in advance.
- Enjoy a hot choc & cake at the Springs Café Restaurant – it’s a lovely add on to this whole TBS experience!
